Essentra Components is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of a comprehensive range of components. We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Development Executive to support Field Sales in identifying and qualify leads/opportunities in CRM through various strategic initiatives.
Job Description
- Provide support to Sales Manager in pre-qualifying leads, handling enquiries, quotation generating and pre-order stage communications.
- Proactively and creatively generate leads through cold calls and/or market trend
- Cross selling and upselling of Essentra products
- Follow up on all opportunities quoted to customers through CRM system
- Provide support on marketing efforts to organize and execute leads follow up and build strong working relationship to promote Essentra’s brand
- Update vendors’ registration form and compliance reports
- Provide additional support to Customer Service team when necessary
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business / Engineering / Commercial with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Outspoken with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, agile, willing to go the extra mile with a can-do attitude
- Organized and meticulous
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in OEM, Export and Import market is an added advantage
- Experience in tele-sales is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, D365 CE, and CRM system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
