Job Description: -

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the daily shopping mall's operations.
  • Oversee overall management, planning, systems, and controls of Building Services Department.
  • Establish and review shutdown work and normalizing procedures for all mechanical and electrical facilities in line with Electricity Supply Act and Regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
  • Coordination and supervision all electrical installation works from contractor's mobilization of tools / machinery to work completion.
  • To attend and solve electrical problems together with other chargeman or electrical technician.
  • To responsible to report all incidents and breakdowns of electrical equipment to Superior.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess chargeman BO, 113kv certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to plan, direct and supervise staff.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill and negotiation skills.
