- Promote a Positive Learning Environment: - Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and motivation.
- Implement behavioral and academic strategies to enhance student learning and well-being.
- Resource Management: - Utilize and manage educational resources and materials effectively.
- Advocate for additional resources or support as needed to enhance intervention programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: At least Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of instructional practices and learning theories.
- Ability to assess and address diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and assessment tools.
