  • A degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline i.e., MSc, BEng, BSc (Hons) or similar.
  • Able to communicate and demonstrate leadership experience across projects and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to openly communicate with team members and peers.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and be an active team member.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • Willingness to travel internationally and relocated to work sites including offshore.

Position Recommended Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 12 years of work experience of which at least 8 years must be related to subsea production systems and tree manufacturing. Project and operational Experience in a similar role with an Oil and gas Operator an advantage.
  • Have good hand-on field experience in supervising similar Subsea Production Systems and tree manufacturing.
  • Have working knowledge of relevant codes & standards such as API 6A, 17A, 17D, 17H etc.
  • Working experience in South-East Asia is an advantage.

Position Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the manufacturing and testing of subsea Xmas trees and Wellheads.
  • Work seamlessly with Company's project team, to support the execution of subsea trees and wellheads scope.
  • Carry out surveillance of the work to ensure the work is being done in accordance with the approved procedures and specifications.
  • Review work procedures submitted to ensure the work tasks are safe to be carried out and meeting the specification.
  • Ensure the work plan and schedule are being met.
  • Monitor the work progress and to review the daily production report to confirm the correctness of reporting.
  • Work with the inspector to attend to the necessary testing and witnessing ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Co-ordinate interfaces between the various parties involved in the manufacturing to ensure the timely and continuous manufacturing process.
  • Provide production data to Subsea Lead for reporting and interfacing
  • Communicate and work with Subsea Lead and other personnel regarding issues which affect the quality and performance of the work
  • Ensure paperwork is complete at each stage of manufacturing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

HSE

  • Responsible for own safety and the protection of others.
  • Quality/HSE Focus and team oriented.
  • All works conducted will be done so in a safe manner utilizing all safety equipment / procedures and PPE necessary to complete the specific work.
  • Play active role in all HSE related areas.

Other Skills

  • The development of all relevant procedures and guidelines.
  • Complete necessary documentation as and when requested.
  • Review and comment on Package Vendor documents.
