• Education requirements: Diploma, College or above, major in production management, quality management, logistics management, etc.
• Work experience: 3 years or above working experience in production leader or Production supervisor in cosmetics or related industry.
• Site management knowledge, safety management knowledge and quality control knowledge。
• Familiar with ISO9001, GMP and other related knowledge;
• Good leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills, paying attention to team concerns and feedback..
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, diligence.
