  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position : Sales and Marketing Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya (Selangor)

Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Quotation, Sales Order, and handling quotation requests, coordinating goods delivery, and managing payment collections.
  • Follow up calling with potential clients to gain leads and trainings.
  • Assist the sales team with various tasks such as preparing sales presentations, coordinating meetings, and following up with clients.
  • Efficiently understand customers’ concerns and needs, and strategically propose the appropriate solutions to close sales
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, and blog posts, that aligns and resonates with company’s brand and target audience
  • Stay up-to-date with product information and updates as well as social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve company’s social media presence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing sales documents, and maintaining sales databases.
  • Generate regular sales reports for the sales team and management.
  • Work closely with external partners such as suppliers, vendors, and resellers to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Has ability to seek vendors for pricing comparisons.
  • Conducting follow-up meetings with customers.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Performing any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Priority will be given to applicants with any relevant inside sales and marketing experience.
  • Applicants with no experience are also welcome to apply – training will be provided.
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude
  • Outspoken and good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications (Optional)
  • Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
  • Team player and independent worker
  • Priority to candidate able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
