  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
  • Support users of CCTV system.
  • Maintain and assist , configure to access and security system
  • Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
  • Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets, including POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc.
  • Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
  • Provide technical support to end users covering all hardware related issues.
  • Meet with Loss Prevention and IS Supervisors daily to receive areas of concentration and special assignments.
  • Perform all delegated tasks assigned by Loss Prevention and Information Services management. in departmental training manual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/Diploma / Degree in any equivalent field
  • Candidate must possess own transport preferably motorbike
  • Required knowledge in service and maintenance of CCTV
  • Willing to travel to outstation frequently
  • Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Adhere to Corporate standards as stated
  • Strong conversational and rapport building skills.
