Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource & Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR and administrative functions, supporting the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR activities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring new employees have all necessary resources.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support the HR team in payroll processing, including timesheet collection and data entry.
  • Office Administration: Assist with general office administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
