Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource & Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR and administrative functions, supporting the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR activities and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring new employees have all necessary resources.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Payroll Assistance: Support the HR team in payroll processing, including timesheet collection and data entry.
- Office Administration: Assist with general office administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of motivation, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
