- Experience in sales within the construction industry or a similar field (experience in B2B sales is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong knowledge of construction services, materials, and processes.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
