  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of construction services and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay updated on industry developments and recommend strategic changes where necessary.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth handover of clients and successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline management, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for repeat business.
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in sales within the construction industry or a similar field (experience in B2B sales is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of construction services, materials, and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
