  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and prepare reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on international shipping regulations and industry best practices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving any shipping-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines.

Alpha Brake is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role requires managing the global shipment process, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, Strong Communication skills in Mandarin and English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Strong Organizational skills with Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading), and compliance regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS 2020).
  • ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
