Job Responsibilities: 1) Capable in assisting in handling office admin tasks 2) Responsible in handling of stock check/count & perform administrative duties 3) Responsible in issuance of Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, and Invoice. 4) Email communication with customers 5) Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentations 6) Maintain company webpage from time to time being 7) To perform other ad-hoc task & duties or admin support to be assigned by superior from time to time Requirements:- 1) Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Pre-U/ Diploma in any field. 2) Pleasant personality, good attitude, responsible, and able to communicate with people at all levels. 3) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 4) Required Skill(s): Email Communication, Computer Literate (e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Power Point) 5) Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. 6) Training will be provided. 6) Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
