Job Scope / Responsibilities : 1. Establish, maintain and reconcile a full set of accounts for monthly reporting. 2. Prepare all documentation related to AR, AP, Cashbook and GL, Accrual and Payments, Invoice and Receipts. 3. To perform monthly bank reconciliation and credit card merchant reconciliation. 4. Maintain proper accounting record and filing of financial files, records and relevant documents. 5. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies, suppliers etc 6. Proficiency in Autocount Accounting Software, MS Office and strong Excel skills. 7. Perform any other ad-hoc relevant tasks as assigned. Requirements : 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or finance or equivalent. 2. Required language: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia 3. Self-motivated, proactive, good team player, result-oriented, and able to work independently. 4. Able to work under pressure with a teamwork-based approach. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. 6. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. 7. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply 8.
