  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an CNC WIRE CUT MACHINE PROGRAMMER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop, write, and optimize CNC wire cut machine programs using CAD/CAM software. • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC wire cut machines for machining components used in oil and gas equipment. • Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to oil and gas components. • Ensure all programming meets design requirements and tolerances. • Work with materials commonly used in the oil and gas industry, such as stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other high-strength alloys. • Ensure proper material handling and storage for precision cutting. • Produce high-precision components such as valves, flanges, fittings, and other critical oil and gas parts. • Ensure tight tolerances, smooth finishes, and accurate dimensions through precise programming and machining. • Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM). • Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with customer specifications. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC wire cut machines to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues during operation. • Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and quality control personnel. • Maintain detailed records of programs, machine settings, and job history for traceability and continuous improvement. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in an oil and gas manufacturing facility. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. • Implement best practices for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
