JOB DESCRIPTION: - Generate sales leads and create database on waste generators. - Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and messages from waste generators. - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. - Take the extra mile to engage customers. - Produce quotation for waste generators. - Prepare monthly report for management's review. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field. - Willing to work in Melaka and travel to KL and Bukit Tagar. - Willing to travel and meet with clients/waste generators. - Possess own transportation. - Have good communication skills and able to present. - Past experience in sales is an added advantage. - Good command of English Language is a must. - Able and willing to work independently.
