Position: Head of Project Management (Mandarin Speaker) Working location: Ayer Keroh, Melaka •Focus on meeting project commitments, including communication with multiple internal and external customers. •Define and structure projects to achieve targets in terms of delivery time, quality, cost and customer satisfaction. •Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements. •Resolve or assist in resolving conflicts between projects or functional areas. •Develop methods to monitor project progress. •Provide corrective supervision when necessary. •Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering •A profound technical education with knowledge of business management •Possess project management experiences •Computer literacy (MS-Office and MS-Project) •Ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed time frame •High competency to confer and ability to work in teams •Team player, ability to motivate •Knowledge about quality management systems •Ability to converse fluently in verbal and written of Mandarin language will be an added advantage •Candidate must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
