Responsibilities: • Ensure the store is managed in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Coordinate with the Plant operations team to conduct monthly/quarterly stock counts, raw materials inventory checks, and annual stock counts. Prepare and compile the results, and report to the Superior and Plant Manager. • Ensure that all goods received and issued are accurately recorded in the stock system in a timely manner. • Issue purchase requisitions when stock levels meet the reorder threshold. • Liaise with suppliers from China to coordinate procurement and deliveries. • Ensure that stock items are properly stored and maintained to prevent disruptions in operations. • Prepare monthly stock reports for submission to the Superior. • Participate in physical count checks to ensure inventory accuracy. • Coordinate with the production department to assess stock levels and production status, ensuring effective inventory control. • Oversee proper weight verification during the loading and unloading of goods. • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required. Experience & Skills Required: • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management. • Willingness to work extra hours when necessary. • Working knowledge of spare parts inventory management is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook and MS Excel. • Ability to solve problems effectively and collaborate with personnel from various departments. Special Skills: • Proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is a plus.
