Production Clerk cum Purchaser

Production tasks: - Maintaining production records and logs - Prepare and monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks - Data entry related to production activities - Coordinating with production operators - Any other task assigned by the HOD Purchasing tasks: - Raising purchase requests (PRs) for production materials - Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and supplies - Contacting supplier to obtain quotes and negotiate prices - Placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries - Resolving any issues with deliveries or quality of purchased items Requirement: - Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent In Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Must be able to read, write and speak in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. - Strong follow-up skills, accountability, and a customer-oriented mindset with a focus on time feedback and support.
