We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Crew members specializing in Indonesian cuisine to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indonesian dishes, including Sambal, Ketoprak, Seblak, Gudeg, and more. - Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards. - Assist in ingredient preparation, portion control, and cooking processes. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety regulations. - Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve recipes and create seasonal specials. - Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: ️ Experience working in a kitchen, preferably with Indonesian cuisine. ️ Knowledge of traditional Indonesian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques. ️ Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. ️ Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills. ️ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. ️ Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred but not mandatory).
