  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Operate, set up, and program multi-axis CNC machines (such as 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis) for manufacturing critical components used in palm oil machinery. • Ensure precise machining of parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. • Develop and optimize CNC programs using software. • Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feed rates based on material and design requirements for components used in palm oil processing equipment. • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure components meet quality standards and tolerances. • Implement quality assurance measures to avoid defects in machinery parts. • Conduct regular preventive maintenance of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs. • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models related to palm oil machinery components. • Maintain accurate records of machine settings, programs, and completed jobs for future reference. • Work closely with the engineering, maintenance, and production teams to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth operations. • Train and mentor junior machinists and operators on CNC machine operations, safety protocols, and quality standards. • Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies, particularly in a palm oil manufacturing environment. • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other industry regulations related to manufacturing processes. • Continuously improve machining processes to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste. • Identify opportunities for automation and advanced machining techniques for better efficiency in producing palm oil equipment parts. Requirements The required skills for the position MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT are: • Min 5 years’ experience in Multi Axis CNC. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
