Major Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Manage the achievement of the operation’s key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production line (workstation). 2. To perform all production-related, quality control, maintenance of equipment, and red zone- related tasks. 3. To perform machine greasing, lubrication, and maintenance repair (non-electrical related issues). 4. To perform all machine's safety cover & sensor checks. 5. To support the PM team during breakdown & PM (Preventive Maintenance). 6. To assist in closing HHP findings for their area/station. 7. To perform foreign material investigation (if necessary). 8. Conduct routine inspections of equipment systems per Line Manager/Lead schedule/arrangements to identify and address potential issues. 9. Lead and oversee preventive maintenance programs. 10. Analyze blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand equipment and system specifications. 11. Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in their performance. 12. Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner. 13. Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root causes of equipment problems. 14. Execute repairs and replacements of faulty equipment components. 15. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. 16. Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among team members. 17. Enforce strict adherence to food safety and quality protocols during maintenance operations. 18. Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge. 19. Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues. 20. Execute major repairs and replacements of equipment components. 21. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for process improvement. 22. Provide regular reports to the Line Manager/Lead regarding equipment status and maintenance activities. 23. Communicate with the Line Manager/Lead regarding the status of maintenance activities and any potential impact on production schedules. 24. Analyze and optimize equipment downtime, implementing strategies for reducing unplanned interruptions. 25. Major repairs, perform major overhauls and repairs of mechanical parts, including complete disassembly, refurbishment, and reassembly. 26. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical parts, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
