About the Role : You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, HR and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and ‘go live’ on time and on budget. You’ll be joining a team that’s rated by Gartner and IDC MarketScape as a Leader in a few categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, worldwide. As a Senior Associate you’ll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organizations. Our managers are expected to lead client engagements, create new opportunities and deliver exceptional client value. They will also drive knowledge sharing and care passionately about the development of our people. Responsibilities Delegating responsibilities to team members to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results Demonstrating critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems Reviewing your work and your team’s work for quality, accuracy and relevance Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others Using our industry leading methodologies to transform client’s businesses Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in Southeast Asia and potentially internationally. Where needed, carry out additional responsibilities such as gathering requirements, evaluating project requirements based on clients’ specifications, creating requirements specifications and detailing processes, scheduling client meetings to discuss project issues, performing regular quality assurance checks on activities, preparing design document, designing training materials and other project related tasks Skills and Experience Experience in delivering financial systems implementations, preferably in financial services industry A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation projects covering any of the Oracle EPM modules: FCCS, PBCS and ARCS A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation on On-premise and/or Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation experience in ARCS, FCCS, PBCS, Data Management, Rules, Reports and Forms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills Strong client relationship skills Oracle Specialism or Certification Bachelor's degree as a minimum preferably Accountancy or IT
