1. To develop a sales strategy and execute it to ensure attainment of the company sales goals. 2. Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies and developing marketing plans for the respective projects and budgets, advertising and promotion programs. 3. Ensure the sales gallery is properly managed and maintained. 4. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team. This is including prepares action plans by individual and by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 5. Keep abreast of latest sales & marketing information and competitor activity to recommend necessary tactical actions. 6. To monitor and take charge on the coordinating the preparation of roadshows, launching, promotion materials, sales kits and sales documentation. 7. To attend feedbacks / comments from visitors / purchasers during sales, site visits and presentations. 8. To assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents (e.g. Sale & Purchase Agreement) to be executed by purchaser 9. Able to calculate loan eligibility if required. 10. To ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely. 11. Customer service oriented and maintain a good relationship with customers to increase referral sales. 12. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your Superior, CEO or the Company.
