KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Invoice Processing Inputting, verifying and issuing invoices to customers or clients, ensuring they're accurate and comply with company standards. 2.Accounts Payable / Receivable Managing and processing outgoing payments (account payable) and incoming payments (account receivable). 3. Bank Reconciliation Matching up bank statements with company records, making sure all transactions are correctly recorded. 4. Bookkeeping Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. 5. Financial Reporting Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial reports such as profit or loss statements. 6. General Administrative Task Organizing files, maintaining financial records and ensuring all documentation is up to date. REQUIREMENT : 1.Posses accountancy certificate & qualification 2.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting 3.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools 4.High attention to detail and accuracy 5.Communication : Being able to clearly communicate with other departments or external 6.Familiarity with accounting software - Autocount etc
