We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing to develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, social media, content creation, paid advertising, and data-driven marketing to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Marketing • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/RED, etc.). • Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness. • Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement. • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content. 2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and keywords for better search rankings. • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies. • Monitor and improve website performance through Google Analytics and Search Console. 3. Content Marketing • Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts. • Develop storytelling techniques to attract and retain target audiences. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in all content. 4. PPC & Paid Advertising • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. • Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI. • A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for maximum effectiveness. 5. Email Marketing • Design and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows. • Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for improved open and conversion rates. • Analyze performance metrics and optimize email marketing strategies. 6. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing • Identify, collaborate, and build partnerships with influencers and KOLs. • Manage affiliate marketing programs and track partner performance. • Develop strategies for influencer campaigns to increase brand reach. 7. Performance Analysis & Reporting • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. • Generate insights to improve marketing strategies and increase ROI. • Prepare monthly performance reports and make data-driven recommendations
