Objectives
Achieve the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by driving strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on increasing both revenue and expanding the customer base, via direct end-customer engagement and/or channel partners.
- Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients to explore business opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective clients at meetings, trade shows, industry exhibits, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the Presales Support and Marketing teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Prepare competitive quotations and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects, while managing all sales administration through CRM software.
- Provide accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team regularly.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales management, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in closing sales and driving the sales process from initial planning to deal closure.
- Previous experience in B2B software or B2B product sales. Experience in SaaS solution sales will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Vtiger.
- Excellent command of English.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious with a results-driven approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
