The Role

Objectives

Achieve the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by driving strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on increasing both revenue and expanding the customer base, both via direct end-customer engagement and via channel partners.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Conduct research to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
  • Provide accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team regularly.
  • Guide and coach the team members to meet the overall team objectives and assist in strategic actions to win key deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of prospects, while managing all sales administration through CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the Presales Engineers and Marketing teams to align on strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Business Officer to align on strategy and execution.
  • Review & approve competitive quotations and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) efficiently.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales management, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience in closing sales and driving the sales process from initial planning to deal closure.
  • Previous experience in B2B software or B2B product sales. Experience in SaaS solution sales will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Vtiger.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
