Security Operation Manager/Executive

• Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. • Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. • Coordinate and respond to security incidents or breaches, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken and documented. • Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to reduce risks and prevent security breaches. • Continuously evaluate and improve security systems and processes to stay ahead of emerging threats and vulnerabilities. • Establish and implement Site Security SOP and Policies to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with company rules and regulations. • Provide a monthly comprehensive report/update for management related review. • Fully support internal Investigation for any security related non-compliance incident. Prepare investigation report to update the management. Including lodge police report if necessary, if there are cases related to loss of company’s properties or injury to site personnel. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Address clients concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
