Primary job function Manage the activities related to the PCBAs returned by customer. Manage the activities with respect to complaints by customer. Duties and responsibilities 1. Coordinate to ensure that proper analysis is done on customer complaints and customer returned products. 2. Coordinate for a meeting to identify the best method to sort and rework customer returned products that come back in large quantity. 3. Coordinate for the brainstorming to find the root cause against customer complaints and the major issues found on the returned defective products. 4. Ensure that proper actions are identified, and assigned to the relevant personnel, against the root cause identified at item 2.3. 5. Check to ensure that the actions are taken as assigned. 6. Check to confirm the effectiveness of the actions taken before closing the issue. 7. Ensure timely reply to the customer on the actions taken against their complaints. 8. Report to the management on monthly basis: a. The status of customer returned products, analysis results and the related action taken. b. Any major issues that requires higher level decision- making process with respect to the customer return and customer complaints. 9. Participate in the product design and development meetings, as invited. 10. Verification on product quality .a. 3. Qualification: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
