Engineer – Production

Maintenance and Warehouse 1. Analyze raw material stock level by considering forecast provided by Sales and Export team. a. Data gathering to understand pattern of each Shockstar ordering. b. Ensure raw materials are available prior production start by clearing all transaction in SAP. c. Conduct proper raw material monitoring includes stock movement and storing capacity within safe standard. d. Record, track and transfer physical copy of inventory transactions (raw materials, packing materials, etc) into SAP system daily. e. Ensure SAP system is updated in a timely manner to avoid any inconsistency with physical count of raw materials. f. Liaising with other members of different departments of any updates to SAP with regards to Inventory, Purchasing, Sales (Local), Sales (Export) and Supply Chain. g. Ensure all relevant documentation are well kept and in order in compliance ISO requirements. 2. Processing order received from Sales and Export department. a. Prepare and review Packing List required for exporting Finish Products to meet demands of overseas customers and legal requirements. b. Provide daily updates on Finished Goods produced in SAP by transferring data from daily production record into system. 3. Ensuring maintenance of the machines are managed accordingly to avoid interruption during production. a. Managing spare part inventory. b. Provide effective maintenance schedule and coordination internally and externally. c. Conduct continuous improvement on machine performance. d. Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards. e. Manage operators work arrangement and delegate tasks on daily basis to ensure maintenance tasks are achieved. f. Observe and evaluate the progress of preventive maintenance, inspection and item to actions are complete to optimize the plant capacity. g. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities. h. Gathering production maintenance related data and submit it to the Plant Manager 3. Quality a. Ensuring operational procedures are followed thoroughly, maintained and updated accordingly to avoid any product defects as well as to maintain safe operation. b. Monitor, assess and improve competencies and knowledge of workers through development of lesson module and internal training periodically. c. Evaluating materials and finished goods rejection rate in compliance to quality specification standard. d. Gathering production data that includes production output, manhours, overtime and material consumed for the production monthly report and submitted to the Plant Manager.
