Assist the sales team on the functional and technical aspects of the product in order to convince the prospects that we are offering the right solution.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team to respond to the prospects’ technical inquiries or concerns.
- Collect, analyse, clarify, and understand the prospects’ needs by attending requirement gathering meetings and providing technical specification confirmation with solution diagrams.
- Work with the sales team to determine solutions to client’s challenges; customization needs and supports the sales team to present proposals to clients.
- Analyse the prospect’s tender requirement, provide the response according to the current state of the product, identify the gaps and get the necessary input from the product team on the customization effort.
- Brief and consult the sales team on new features of the product.
- Maintain and improve the company’s demo site environment and ensure software solution is updated and always running.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience as a pre-sales, functional analyst/consultant, or implementation role of software solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written and adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
