Job Description: Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials including social media posts, website graphics, advertisements, brochures, banners, flyers, and email templates. Working with the marketing team to ensure design aligns with company objectives and target audience. Design infographics, illustrations, and other creative outlets as needed. Edit photos and videos for content purposes. Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) by creating, curating, and publishing engaging content. Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals, brand messaging, and seasonal campaigns. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and feedback to optimize strategies. Write creative captions and copy that resonate with the target audience. To perform any other duty that related to creative design and social media as and when required by the management Criteria: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) CapCut and Canva. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fair communication skills, both written and verbal.
