Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Analyze production workflows and suggest improvements for better efficiency. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, and waste reduction. 5. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, production delays, and resource constraints. Work closely with maintenance teams to reduce machine breakdowns. Provide contingency plans for unexpected disruptions (e.g., machine failures, material shortages). 6. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and safety regulations. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for management review.
