  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

1. Responsible for leading and coordinating Project Teams formed to provide complete projects management services to execute assigned projects in offshore areas from beginning to completion and hand over. 2. Participate and assist Front End team during concept identification and concept selection. 3. Participate and provide input to support project schedule, project cost, budget, and contract administration. 4. Assist Resident Engineer (RE) in compiling the final documentation of engineering document and drawing for Basic Engineering Design (BED). 5. Lead project team in managing all the projects gate approval activities such as Facilities Integrated Steering Committee (FISCO), Integrated Technical Review Committee (ITRC), Value Assurance Review (VAR) and Project Gatekeeper Review (PGR) by arranging the meeting date, prepare the presentation pack, ensure all the required documents ready prior the sitting, present it, prepare MOM as well as monitor and close the action items. 6. Manage and coordinate a team of multi discipline Engineers to achieve a safe and cost effective design through timely resolution of technical and engineering issues. 7. Lead project team in the preparation of Invitation To Bid (ITB) and conduct Project Independent Review (PIR) ITB. 8. Participate and assist Group Procurement (GP) team in developing and finalizing Overall Contracting Strategy (OCS). 9. Generate and maintain risk registers by updating it monthly in order to ensure that risks are being managed and mitigated. 10. Interface closely with end user (Sarawak Asset) and other stakeholders [Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), Group Project Delivery (GPD), Development team and Upstream Leadership Team (ULT)] including Government and Statutory authorities. 11. Participate in the development and review of project procedures and guidelines e.g. Opportunity Project Framing (OPF), Project Charter, Project Execution Plan (PEP), Decision Support Package (DSP), and Smooth Start Up Program (SSP). 12. Manage and plan for the site survey as well as soil investigation study with Geohazard and Soil Investigation Committee team. 13. Responsible for PETRONAS’s assurance and governance online system e.g. myAssurance, Project Risk System (EPMS), Project Planning Management System (PPMS). 14. Project team focal person for audit activity of Second Line Assurance (SLA) by Integrated Assurance Unit (IAU) team. 15. Lead in preparation of monthly interface meeting by prepare the presentation pack and present it.
