JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Managing customer relationships , including providing technical support, handling warranty claims and addressing customer concerns. 2) Provide support in product development evaluation and qualification, cost reduction and process improvement. 3) Assist in tracking project progress against milestones and deadlines, and help identify any potential delays or issues. 4) Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing teams to support the development of new products or modifications to existing products. 5) Assist in maintaining accurate records of technical and project documentation of the department. 6) Assist in project development schedules, meetings and coordinate with team members and stakeholders. 7) Help identify potential risks and issues and ensure project deliverable meet quality standards and adhere to the project plan. 8) Assist in resolving project-related issues and provide support as needed to ensure project success. 9) Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time. CRITERIA 1. Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field 2. Candidates with relevant working experience are advantageous. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as on-job training will be provided. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. 4. Good communication and project management skills, and able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. 5. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Knowledge in mechanical drawings and software is an advantage and proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).
