Job Description: Sales Account Manager (Product Training Provided) Position: Sales Account Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya Employment Type: Full-Time / Hybrid (Situational) Reports To: Head of Sales / Managing Director About Us We are a leading provider of IoT-based solutions, specializing in fire alarm monitoring systems, smart building technologies, and energy-saving innovations like smart chiller systems. Our flagship system, SPKAi, offers advanced, real-time fire detection and building safety monitoring. We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in targeted sectors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings. 2. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling. Serve as the primary contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution. 3. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns. 4. Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and account activities to management. 5. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and reliable solutions. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience: 6 months and above in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role (experience in tech or building automation is a plus). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT, fire alarm systems, or energy-saving solutions is advantageous. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Personal Attributes: Results-driven and self-motivated. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
