Japanese Company in Malaysia Assistant Operation Manager cum Customer Service Location: Taman Perindustrian Kapar Bestari, Kapar Salary: up to RM7,000 Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time WORKING HOURS: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5.30pm Saturdays 8:30am to 1.00pm JOB FUNCTION: * Coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives * Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency * Assist in budget planning and cost control measures * Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance * Coordinate sales and purchases, including tracking inventory and placing orders as needed. * Handle logistics arrangements and provide customer service to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of tyre orders. * Maintain accurate data and stock records in the warehouse management system. * Answering calls from customers, when needed * Any other potential tasks that may be assigned by the respective supervisors QUALIFICATIONS: * Diploma/Degree in any discipline * Minimum 3 years or above working experience in a similar position preferred. * Good leadership, communication and computer skills * Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel * Possess own transport BENEFITS: * Benefits and allowances are entitled, and will be disclosed during interview REMARKS: * Permanent position
