Requirements - Must have at least 4 years working experience in 3DCG (Animation Industry). - Able to communicate in English. - Possessed deep knowledge of Maya, Nuke and Photoshop. Job Responsibility - Demonstrate an excellent understanding of light, colour, contrast and shading. - Responsible for the lighting and rendering of all 3D elements and the final compositing of high quality production shots. - Ensure that the aesthetic goals set by the Directors are met in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure shots meet the established requirements and are delivered within deadlines. - Present shots in a dailies environment and effectively communicate issues regarding their shots. - Work in conjunction with project managers and coordinators to ensure weekly targets are met. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of common compositing practices such as colour correction, camera movement, transforms, motion blur, depth of field, mattes, multi-channel workflows. - Ability to take direction, collaborate, and offer solutions including technical trouble-shooting. - Strong time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments. - Learn new lighting and compositing tools depending on project requirement Bonus skills - Scripting skills in MEL/Python - Interest in films and photography - Interest in Japanese anime/manga
