Human Resources 1. Responsible for payroll, recruitment & selection, manpower planning, and training & development. 2. Coordinate HR initiatives to support the overall business and corporate objectives. 3. Ensure HR policies and programs are well administered and implemented effectively according to the established guidelines and budget. 4. Provide advise to the Management on HR and employee relation matters, including disciplinary/grievance handling. 5. Process payroll as per timeline given 6. Responsible for recruitment, on boarding programs and manage exit interview for all employees. 9. Monitor and ensure the Time Attendance System functions properly for staff attendance tracking. 10. Update employee movements with insurers, maintain the organization chart, and track overtime analysis records monthly. 11. Coordinate employee insurance and SOCSO claims. 12. Coordinate internal/external training programs. 13. Liaise with agents for foreign worker applications. 14. Prepare and provide monthly HR analytic reports or any ad-hoc reports to Country HR Manager. Administration 1. Monitor and prepare related documents while liaising with government departments for permit/license renewals (BAP, ISO, SUCI, MPK, FMM, vehicle road tax, land title, etc.), ensuring proper record-keeping and filing. 2. Request quotations for administrative tasks, source suppliers, liaise with vendors, and prepare purchase orders. 3. Monitor and arrange office refreshments for visitors during meetings, training sessions, and visits. 4. Source, track, and maintain inventory of office stationery and cleaning supplies. 5. Supervise office dispatchers and security guards. 6. Coordinate and distribute company assets/uniforms to staff (e.g., mobile phones, computers, laptops, stationery).
