ob Responsibilities: • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations. • Ensure all staff complies with those regulations include compliance to Environmental regulations. • Advising the management on safety issue as well as developing health and safety policies and procedures. • Monitoring and controlling safety and compliance in the organization as per the Safety and Health Act 1994 and organization's safety policy. • Carrying out safety inspection an internal audits and reporting to management with suggestions and measures for improvement. • Ensure preventive measures, administrative control and personal protective equipment are implement and used. • Investigate and report accidents and near misses. • Record keeping of all safety events, training and drills. • Conduct safety and health committee meetings regularly. • Assist all visiting government officer and consult related to safety, health and environment. • Submit annually the necessary documents to DOSH as required by the Act. • Liaise with Bomba on fire preventive, fighting and evacuation.
