Assistant Production Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Receive Job form previous shift (shift hand over) 2. Daily batching and sacking off output update in Production WhatsApp Group 3. Check production overall report from previous shift 4. Attendants update (must update within 15min after start shift) 5. Manpower allocation during shortage of manpower(delegate instruction jobs to workers) 6. Supervise overall production run A. Do spot check at dumping and sacking off (weight, sampling, stock card FIFO, recording and quality) B. Do spot check at operators daily routine reports (recording time and recording accuracy between PLC and actual) C. Achieve production target set by Production Manager D. Ensure production running smoothly (no any downtime and idle time) 7. To check weighing machine at sacking off and premix in good order 8. Formulation key in / checking (verify by QA) 9. Verify and update machine condition (repaired by maintenance) 10. Check physical feed quality at pallet mill, sacking off and both crumble line 11. Always close communicate with QA and Maintenance 12. Update daily accumulation report and all ISO documentation 13. To comply with Production Manager if any task or instruction given 14. Ensure feed rejection target below 1% 15. To make sure control room and plant tower mill is clean and tidy 16. To do routine plant round and safety walk by shift 17. Ensure when run 1 shift all light, window, door are close and OFF air compressor and dryer 18. To carry out job responsibilities and instructions given by Factory Manager. 19. To ensure every production output is produced according to the production schedule approved by Factory Manager or Production Planner. 20. To ensure all materials are weight according to formulation and specifications before dumping. To do the right thing from the beginning. 21. To ensure every production operator play their role in different process/stages according to desired parameters and specifications to guarantee production of superior quality of finished goods. 22. Always do the best to achieve performance objectives i.e. increase productivity, reduce throughput time and reduce wastage. Set Target and Key Performance Indicator to measure results for continuous improvement. 23. To be effective in your job, always practice Plan Do Check Action. 24. Regular production meeting with assistant supervisors. 25. To ensure an efficient, good working habit & attitude and hardworking workforce with proper approach and training. 26. To ensure everyone adhere to company’s rules and regulations. 27. To ensure the wooden pallet is clean before used. 28. To ensure machine and production is always clean and tidy. 29. To arrange workers to do housekeeping when there is no production. 30.
