We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage the customer service operations within our warehouse. This role will focus on leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. ey Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the customer service team in the warehouse to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in Mandarin ( Both speaking and written) as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking client.
