OPERATION EXECUTIVE

* Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demands and project timelines. Ensure the efficient use of resources. * Create work schedules, assignments, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets. * Ensure that raw materials, tools, and equipment are available and ready for production. Collaborate with the supply chain or inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels. * Ensure smooth coordination between different departments (e.g., materials handling, maintenance, quality control) to meet production deadlines. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency. * Oversee the production process to ensure that products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. * Implement and monitor quality control procedures to inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Enforce safety policies and practices in accordance with OSHA (or relevant local safety regulations). Ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Conduct regular safety checks and audits to ensure that equipment is in safe working condition and that employees are following safety protocols. * Monitor production progress throughout the day to ensure schedules are met. Track metrics such as production output, downtime, and efficiency. * Work closely with the maintenance team to address any issues with production equipment or machinery. Ensure timely repairs or preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
