We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Assistant cum Admin Assistant to support our marketing efforts and assist with administrative duties in our office. This dynamic role combines social media promotion, customer interaction, and office management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with a passion for marketing and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Assistant Duties: 1. Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging posts to promote the brand and products. 2. Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond promptly in a professional manner. 3. Develop content for online campaigns, promotions, and newsletters. 4. Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. 5. Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team on special promotions, events, and product launches. 7. Conduct market research to support campaign planning and strategy. Admin Assistant Duties: 1. Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed. 2. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained. 3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage the office calendar. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 5. Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation. 6. Assist with travel arrangements, office events, and other ad-hoc tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. 2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). 3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). 5. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. 8. Previous administrative or office management experience is a plus. Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. Flexibility may be required for events or special projects.
