Apply NOW, you might be the one we are looking for! Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CEO/CECC on strategic planning for UNITAR College's programs. Provide leadership in driving operational excellence and long-term business growth. Ensure alignment between institutional objectives and daily operations. Supervise the centre’s operations teams to ensure daily efficiency and overall success. Conduct regular interdepartmental meetings and represent the centre in all HQ-organized meetings. Ensure seamless delivery of academic programs and operational activities by coordinating with the Academic, Operations, and Student Affairs teams. Manage the centre’s monthly, quarterly, and annual budget while ensuring financial stability. Prepare and oversee financial reports, cost control strategies, and revenue growth plans. Maintain a high profit margin and drive cost-effective operational strategies. Lead the recruitment, selection, training, and performance appraisal of staff. Motivate and provide leadership to ensure team engagement, efficiency, and goal achievement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including staff qualifications, facility standards, and reporting protocols. Oversee and maintain program accreditation, ensuring adherence to MOHE and MQA requirements. Manage risk and governance by implementing institutional policies and quality assurance standards. Develop strategic partnerships with industry players, corporations, and government agencies. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in educational operations, business development, or institutional leadership. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a results-driven mindset. Proven track record in managing teams, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Knowledge of higher education regulations, accreditation processes, and student engagement strategies. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and drive continuous improvement.
