  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review daily flagged transactions related to coin checks.
  • Conduct basic off-platform merchant transaction reviews, excluding stolen financial or scam-related cases.
  • Handle user appeals by sending the initial response email and summarizing case details in internal records.
  • Ensure all actions taken comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Carefully assess user and merchant appeals, ensuring that only accurate and appropriate information is shared.

Job Requirement:

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills for transaction monitoring.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Attention to detail when managing user and merchant appeals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary : RM 2,200.00
  • KPI Incentive : RM 400.00
