  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Manage Brenntag's software assets throughout their lifecycle. This includes: Tracking usages, Maintaining License pool, Optimizing software licenses in the most efficient way, Ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and therewith minimize the risk
Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing processes and policies to effectively manage software assets, ensuring that the organization is using its software resources effectively and efficiently
  • Reducing costs and mitigating risks associated with software licensing, usage, and compliance
  • Create and analyze global SAM reports and manage stakeholder communication to ensure compliance and assess optimization
  • Provide licensing consultancy and advice (re- and proactive) to the Service owners and IT managers
  • Managing suppliers: SAP, SalesForce, Adobe, DocuSign with a total contract value of €90,000,000
  • Review and manage several software renewals
Stakeholders:
  • Tactical and strategic with Service owners

Requirements:
  • IAITAM Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
  • You have a degree in computer science or business administration
  • 2-4 years experience of hands-on information gathering, analysis and reporting on any organization’s assets
  • Knowledge of the software market and its developments
  • §In-depth knowledge of SAM tools and Software Asset Management processes
  • Proactive and taking a leading role when it comes to audits and reconfiguration
Strong analytical skills (reviewing contracts and analyzing complex data)
