Responsibilities
Content Development
- Apply articulate design principles, bringing digital experiences to life across various devices, products, and platforms.
- Responsible for managing the complete e-learning development lifecycle from conception to producing online learning modules including storyboards, scripts, reviews, build, QA and QC testing, and deployment/packaging, in partnership with required resources where needed e.g., L&D Manager, SMEs.
- Convert existing training materials that use conventional training delivery methodology (e.g., classroom-based, and trainer-led) into blended learning, microlearning, etc. to enhance audience engagement and learning outcomes
- Develop and produce cutting edge learning experiences to meet business needs using current e-learning software. End results include but not limited to digital mediums like e-learning, bite-size learning, video, infographics.
- Upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system (LMS)
- Work with LMS team on testing, vetting digital content so it’s aligned with the Universal Standards prior to uploading into the LMS.
LMS Coordination
- Coordinate expression of interests, program registrations/withdrawal
- Work with various training vendors on program coordination, logistics, and ensure all participants received adequate information about the program
- Keep all participants well-informed about the program by sending out communication emails, reminders and important announcement about the program
- Ensure all the participants complete the program pre-work / post-work before the deadline
- Record attendance into LMS
- Enquiries management
- Attend to queries from employees pertaining to LMS and course related matters.
Requirement
- More than 1 year of experience in e-learning content development or systems support role in a medium to large size organization preferred.
- Knowledge of E-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
- Learning Management System (LMS) administrative experience is an added advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
