Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Advise management on talent decisions based on data analytics.
  • Keep abreast of trends in labor pool to assess and anticipate human resources related needs.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
  • Review trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in the human resources to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Partner with senior executives to lead all talent review programs, including 9 Box, succession planning, talent calibration discussions and employee development identification.
  • Establish and develop HR programs focused on driving employee engagement.
  • Manage and resolve highly complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide expertise and knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational analysis and development, employee relations, talent management, staffing and country and local employment laws.
  • Self-starter with high emotional intelligence. Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 2+ years managing and developing employees
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • SPHR Certification preferred
