Duties & Responsibilities
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Advise management on talent decisions based on data analytics.
- Keep abreast of trends in labor pool to assess and anticipate human resources related needs.
- Develop and execute workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
- Review trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in the human resources to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Partner with senior executives to lead all talent review programs, including 9 Box, succession planning, talent calibration discussions and employee development identification.
- Establish and develop HR programs focused on driving employee engagement.
- Manage and resolve highly complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provide expertise and knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational analysis and development, employee relations, talent management, staffing and country and local employment laws.
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence. Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 2+ years managing and developing employees
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- SPHR Certification preferred
