  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're looking for a Client Support & Logistics Executive to ensure smooth deliveries, maintain strong client relationships, and support business growth!

Logistics & Dispatch Duties

  • Deliver dental cases efficiently using your own vehicle (Island & Mainland).
  • Ensure safe and secure packaging of dentures (Gigi palsu) and appliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm delivery details and ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep the dispatch area well-organized and running smoothly.

Client Support Duties

  • Build strong relationships with clients during deliveries and collections.
  • Address client inquiries and provide service updates professionally.
  • Collect feedback to improve service quality and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to maintain client loyalty.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Safe and steady driver.
  • Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
  • Good English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus).
