The Docking Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all technical and operational aspects related to the docking, repair, commissioning, and conversion of ships within the fleet. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of dry-docking activities and ship repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s operational standards. The position also supports the Technical Manager and Senior Manager, Fleet in the management of special projects, installations, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Shipbuilding or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or a related maritime technical field is preferred.
- Experience in managing dry-docking or ship repair projects in the marine industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of ship repair, maintenance, and docking processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and e-Planned Maintenance Systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
